UnityPoint Health – Fort Dodge provides coordinated clinic, hospital and home-based care for patients in Fort Dodge and surrounding communities. As a designated regional referral center Trinity Regional Medical Center offers a wide range of primary and secondary care services. Trinity is accredited by DNV Healthcare Inc. and has achieved Pathway to Excellence designation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

• Full CRNA scope of practice with a high level of clinical autonomy
• $40M state-of-the-art surgical suite remodel designed to enhance efficiency and elevate patient care
• Currently runs 3 operating rooms with Da Vinci Robotic technology and 1 endoscopy suite.
• Ongoing investment in advanced technology, including ROSA® orthopedic robotics and the da Vinci® surgical system
• Collaborative, cohesive team with experienced colleagues and supportive staff that value independence and autonomy
• Fully integrated health system with clinics and hospitals utilizing Epic EMR to streamline workflows and improve care coordination

• Full-time opportunity
• Weekday schedule: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday; no weekends
• Call rotation: 1:7, including one weekday, one late night per week, and one holiday per year
• Off-site call model with ability to respond within 20 minutes
• Performs post-anesthesia duties in accordance with departmental policies
• Wide variety of cases including General, Ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, podiatry, and cataracts
• No heads, hearts, spine, or plastic surgery
• Patient-focused, collaborative team member with a friendly and professional approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Anesthesia for Nurses
• Board eligible or board certified 
• Complies with criteria for recertification
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States
