UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting for a PRN Advanced Practitioner to join our After Hours Clinic team in Madison, WI.

  • PRN only position, must be available one shift per month - Weekends only 
  • Hourly pay
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities

  • Position is PRN and Weekends
  • Urgent care patient population of all ages
  • General procedures such as joint injections, skin excisions, lacerations, casting, etc.
  • Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
  • Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Board Certified
  • Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Wisconsin
  • Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
  • Eligible to work in the United States
