UnityPoint Health – Trinity is a regional integrated health care delivery system including four full-service hospitals in Rock Island and Moline, Illinois and Bettendorf and Muscatine, Iowa. The integrated services available at Trinity Muscatine offer a seamless continuum of care between physician clinics, hospital and home care services. The hospital campus is home to emergency, orthopedic services, physician clinics, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic care and treatment, home health and occupational medicine. In addition, it is home to Robert Young Center, the region’s only Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. The Center provides a full continuum of behavioral health services including inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services.

 

  • Cohesive team of Physicians and Advanced Practitioners serving the Quad Cities region
  • Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities

  • Work on a PRN basis
  • Practice in a variety of locations: Bettendorf, IA – Muscatine, IA – Moline, IL – Rock Island, IL
  • Shift duration varies
  • Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
  • Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
  • Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Board Certified
  • Emergency Medicine experience preferred
  • Hold an unrestricted medical license in the states of Iowa and Illinois
  • Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
  • Eligible to work in the United States

 

We Offer

  •  Shift-based compensation, with a base rate of $76.50. Additionally, there are night and weekend shift differentials.
    • Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individuals qualifications. The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
