UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team in the Quad Cities

• 0.8 FTE
• Open 8am-8pm 365 days a year
• Flexible shift options available with every third weekend
• Work with experienced staff
• No appointments necessary
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

• No call responsibilities
• Comfortable working independently with the support of support staff team members
• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board Certified
• Experience preferred
• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa and Illinois  
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States

We offer

•  Initial 2-year salary guarantee of approximately $125,000-$140,000 with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program
• Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, internal equity, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on an individual’s qualifications.  The pay range does not include other forms of incentives which may include bonuses or differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
