UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Electrophysiology Cardiology team in Waterloo, Iowa. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the region’s most comprehensive and respected heart care program at UnityPoint Health – Allen Hospital, a leader in cardiovascular care across Northeast Iowa

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient-focused schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • No call, nights, or weekendsInpatient rounding alongside EP physician as needed
  • Dedicated clinic support team: 1 nurse and 3 exam rooms per provider
  • Average daily patient volume: 16–20 patients

Qualifications

  • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Cardiac background preferred but not required
  • Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of IA
  • Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
  • Eligible to work in the United States
