UnityPoint Health – Des Moines provides coordinated clinic, hospital and home-based care for patients in Des Moines and Central Iowa. • Work alongside of a great team of experienced professionals
• Advanced scheduling to accommodate lifestyle
• No inpatient duties/no call
• Fully integrated system with clinics and Hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

• Practice at all 3 Des Moines locations: Methodist, Lutheran & Methodist West
• Shift duration: 12 hours or 9 hours
• Variety of shifts, hours vary by location
• Treat patients of all ages
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Improve the health of the people and communities we serve

• Experience required
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to work as a team member
• Hold a current and unrestricted license or certification, as applicable, in the Advanced Practitioner's field of practice in the state of Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioner's field of practice
