UnityPoint Health – Trinity is a regional integrated health care delivery system including four full-service hospitals in Rock Island and Moline, Illinois and Bettendorf and Quad Cities, Iowa. The integrated services available at Trinity Muscatine offer a seamless continuum of care between physician clinics, hospital and home care services. The hospital campus is home to emergency, orthopedic services, physician clinics, inpatient and outpatient diagnostic care and treatment, home health and occupational medicine. In addition, it is home to Robert Young Center, the region’s only Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. The Center provides a full continuum of behavioral health services including inpatient and outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services.

• Full-time opportunity to join an established team of physicians and advanced practitioners serving the Quad Cities area at our clinic and hospital in Illinois
• Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic
• Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
  
• Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients and the community
  
• Full-time position including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access 
• Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

• Average patients per day varies depending on clinic/OR schedule, approximately 25-34 patients per day
• 1 day or 2-1/2 days in the OR and 3 days in the clinic
• OR’s at Trinity Moline Hospital, Bettendorf Hospital and Trinty Rock Island
• Da Vinci XI at each hospital and a Procept Hydros Robotic System with Aquablation at Trinity Rock Island
• Call requirement: 7 days per month, remaining days covered by Urology partners
• Office procedures: bladder botox, cystoscopy, prostate biopsy, stent removal, vasectomy, etc.
• Ability to work as a team member and improve the health of the people and communities we serve
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Illinois and Iowa
• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
• Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)
• J-1 waiver sponsorship available
